Horizon Realty Management, Inc. is awarded the management contract of a condominium project in the historic neighborhood Avondale in Jacksonville. The Highrise building overlooks the river and has been a significant part of this historic neighborhood since the 70's. Originally built in 1984, the 152 unit property features one, two, and three bedroom units. Located in the Mandarin area, Pickwick is just minutes from I-295 and major services. Horizon will handle daily management operations while overseeing ongoing renovations to unit interiors and exterior capital improvements.

Horizon Realty Management, Inc. takes over management of 7 additional properties for the Jacksonville based owner who just awarded Horizon it's Atlanta portfolio last month. The properties are in Jacksonville and the Panhandle of Florida. Horizon has been diligently completing extensive rehab on the Atlanta units to bring the units back on line and then leasing the units with a goal of a 33% increase to occupancy by year end. After only one month of management in Atlanta this owner decided to transition more of their communities to Horizon. “We have faced a number of challenges in Atlanta but our track record of tackling the project right away has allowed us to secure these additional properties. Palatine Capital Partners awarded Horizon Realty Management, Inc. the management contracts for their remainder multi-family portfolio. The portfolio includes 8 properties, over 1,235 units and over 76,450 sq ft of Commercial space in the following states: Washington, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Ohio, Kansas and Tennessee. The properties range in size from 63 units to 320 units and include high rises in urban locations and garden style communities in suburban locations.
